Selection, Talks, and Prizes

Please read the instructions carefully before you submit your application for the award. The entries not meeting the eligibility criteria will not be entertained:

Selection

1. Abstracts are invited from PhD students and postdoctoral fellows.

2. The work submitted should be performed majorly in India.

3. Abstract should be based on the first author or co-first author publication in respected peer-reviewed journals (between 1st Jan 2020-2022). The abstracts based on the submitted papers in the pre-prints journals is also accepted provided the work is of high quality. Manuscripts in the review, under revision, or accepted will also be considered. 

Talks

1. Selected students will give a talk on their selected work in the IIN webinar series-2022. 

2. A total of 10-15 abstracts (entirely based on quality) will be selected for talks.

Prizes

1. Each selected abstract will receive a cash prize of INR 5000 and a citation after the talk.

2. Top three presentations will be selected for IIN Research Excellence Award-2022 with

 the cash prize of INR 30,000 (First), 15,000 (Second), and 10,000 (Third) and a citation each.
